2 cups of boiled Pride of India’s Royal White Quinoa
1 Capsicum, Tomato, Red Onion, Carrot (finely cut)
Coriander leaves for taste (finely cut)
1/2 tsp of Pride of India Cumin powder
1/2 tsp of Pride of India Paprika
1/2 tsp of Pride of India Garlic powder
1/2 tsp of Pride of India Black pepper powder
1/2 cup of Pride of India Coconut Flour for binding
Pride of India Himalayan Pink Salt as per taste
Directions
Add boiled quinoa to a large bowl.
Add all the vegetables and the seasonings. Mix it well.
Form the mixture into patties of your desired size. You can make them as thick or as thin as you like.
